As the executive director of the non-profit Consumer Wellness Center, I led the research team that conducted the mass spectrometry molecular analysis of popular bone broth protein products that have become extremely popular as part of the “Paleo” diet craze. Some of those bone broth brands include Ancient Nutrition, Sports Research and Left Coast.
As announced by the CWC in this press release and this CWC article, the lab tests confirmed numerous chemicals in the products tested, including antibiotics, insecticides, prescription drugs and steroidal hormones.
Full results for these products and other products to be tested are being released via a new secure email service called Good Gopher Mail. The service is free. Users can create new accounts and start receiving detailed lab testing results by signing up at http://mail.goodgopher.com
Today, we are releasing the full 47-minute video that details the science, the chemicals, the testing methods and other details about bone broth products. (Follow more news about bone broth protein products at BoneBroth.news.)
Some of the chemicals that were found across the aggregate of eight products that were tested include:
– Antibiotics and Antimicrobials
