Idiopathic disease – Testimonial Video | KOSA Acupuncture

An idiopathic disease is any disease with an unknown cause or mechanism of apparent spontaneous origin. However, having a name for a certain disease does not necessarily mean that the diagnosis is accurate or it has a cure. KOSA Acupuncture is pleased to announce that idiopathic disease can still be helped.

Following is how conventional medicine defines a disease.

An illness is just a cluster of subjective symptoms, and since the rise of the practice of medicine, labels that we call “disease” have been applied to various illnesses in an attempt define a typical presentation of the illness and link it to a possible cause. These disease labels have shifted over time, with illnesses redefined as we discovered the chemical underpinnings of life. The germ theory led some doctors to be convinced that microbes caused all disease, and with the discovery of genes and chromosomes, genetic disorders reigned as the supreme cause. Now, most diseases have a biochemical explanation of some sort with a variety of root causes. If you do not have a standard presentation of the symptoms, or the symptoms are so varied that they overlap with many other disease conditions, it is difficult to characterize an illness as a specific disease. – HUFFPOST

There is a flaw in the above approach.

Diseases are defined by the phenomenon, not by the cause according to the above approach.
It is just like defining the iceberg by the shape of the tip of the iceberg.
Also, a biochemical explanation is still describing the phenomenon scientifically only and it is still not a cause.

Causes are food, sleep, stress, emotions, drinking, and etc. and the organs get damaged by causes.
Depending on DNA or gene born with, the diseases can be different individual by individual.
In other words, the name of the disease usually cannot define what organs are responsible for the disease and what has caused.

It is the patient’s responsibility to eliminate the causes and the medical practitioner’s responsibility is to help patients to identify the causes and treat responsible organs.
