Your stool color shall be always golden. Unless otherwise, your health is asking you to take an immediate action to fix the problem or cause.
Many people even including medical practitioners have the wrong belief that all shades of brown and even green are considered normal. And, even Mayo Clinic’s understanding of stool color is not accurate as below table.

Although you hadn’t had much spinach, the greenish stool color means that your body cannot tolerate spinach and you will want to eat less amount of spinach or avoid spinach. Of course, you need to get proper treatment.
Frequency of bowel movement
Our body digests food in 24 hours. Thus, when we eat three meals a day, the number of bowel movements shall be three times a day. Thus, if you don’t have a bowel movement for 24 hours unless you’ve been fasting at least 24 hours, you have constipation.
Floating or Sinking Poop
A normal, healthy poop should pass easily through the rectum and sink in the water because the contents are dense as compared to the water. When your poop floats, it means there is too much gas. That can be caused by changes in your diet or malabsorption of fat.
Consistency and Length of Poop
Healthy stools resemble a ripe banana in both consistency and length.
Simply to say, the larger the diameter of the stool is, the healthier the person is.
