Nowadays most diseases (including pains and even mental conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, dyslexia, dementia, PTSD, panic disorder and etc.) are just different indications that organ(s) are inflamed.

Any foods from animals including fish are understood that they promote inflammation. In other words, unless you avoid foods from animals, there would be a slim chance of getting healthier.

The followings are more information about why.

A. Most of the animals are from CAFO (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations) and are fed with GMOs. 90%+ of their feed is GMO corn.
a. GMO alone is regarded as unhealthy.
b. Their feed contains herbicides (RoundUp), insecticides, and pesticides, which will eventually be introduced to our body. RoundUp in our body makes bonds to iron, minerals of calcium, potassium, selenium, magnesium and etc., and enzymes and bonded molecules and enzymes will have to become toxins our body needs to get rid of.
c. Because there are not many minerals in their feed, animal foods don’t have many minerals and it will cause mineral deficiency.
d. Our body’s ideal omega 6 to 3 ratio is 1:1 (up to 5:1). GMO corn is 46:1, which is not healthy. Those animals eat GMO corn until slaughtered and their ratio is 200+:1. Because people eat them many people’s ratio is 100+:1.
e. Because animals from CAFO are unhealthy, they need to get antibiotics in their feed. 2/3 ~ 80% of antibiotics made in the US are consumed by those animals, which will eventually be introduced to our bodies.
f. You want animals fat or with obesity (the fatter the better). When you see people with obesity you know they are not healthy.

B. Proteins from plants are way more effective and healthier than those from animals.

C. No small farmers can survive and farms have been monopolized by big corporations.

D. The more industrialized and monopolized the farm industry gets, the more unhealthy conditions, the more pollution, and the worse global warming we will have.

Avoiding unhealthy food is the first and the most important step that needs to be taken not to get unhealthy, to get healthier, and to maintain health.

Vegan diets will provide amazing benefits not just for physical health but also for mental health.
There are just too many positive effects on pain, discomfort, and mental to be described here people will have to enjoy them whether they like them or not.

Avoid GMOs.

Get organic only.

Avoid packaged foods. Unfortunately, the more human touches are involved to make them, the more unhealthy they become.

Avoid juice and smoothie because they need to be chewed and mixed with saliva.

Chew food in your mouth until there is no texture left or it becomes all liquefied.

Take lots of omega 3 from flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and sacha inches.

Tomato needs to be cooked before eating due to lectin.

Avoid cinnamon, garlic, ginger, ginseng, jujube (Chinese date), and honey when you are unhealthy or on any medications.

As health conditions improve with vegan diets, consider reducing the dosage of drugs or stopping them.
This can be done with consultations with doctors but patients need to make smart decisions themselves because doctors cannot police their patients 24×7 and not all the information they provide on medicine and health may be true or accurate.
All drugs come with side effects whether people notice or not.
Not feeling side effects does not necessarily mean that the drug doesn’t harm the patient.
