Please ask your health insurance company about the OUT-NETWORK coverage prior to asking us.
Only when you are told that you have out-network acupuncture coverage and you’ve met the deductibles, please let us know that and then, we’ll verify your coverage at our end and get back to you ASAP. - Medicare
Acupuncturists are not considered CMS (the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) providers by Medicare only. Thus, acupuncturists are not allowed to bill claims to Medicare. Usually, it is the secondary insurance that covers acupuncture and only chronic low back pain may be covered depending on the policy.
Again, please ask your health insurance company about the OUT-NETWORK coverage prior to asking us.
Only when you are told that you have out-network acupuncture coverage and you’ve met the deductibles, please let us know that and then, we’ll verify your coverage at our end and get back to you ASAP. - Veterans CAN get acupuncture services through insurance in the local VA system. Please call us at +1-918-995-1100 to find out more.

Coverage Verification
Health insurance companies often provide policyholders (patients) and service providers (KOSA Acupuncture) with inaccurate information about the coverage of acupuncture services.
Even after the EOB (Explanation Of Benefits) is sent to the policyholder and service provider, if they find inaccuracy and they think they overpaid, they have the right to pursue the policyholder and service provider.
It is the patient’s responsibility to pay the fees if the patient’s insurance company does not pay for the service.
A Brief History of KOSA Acupuncture

Even though acupuncture has thousands of years of history, nobody knew how to utilize the theory (Yin, Yang, and Five Elements).
Saahm (A Korean Ascetic’s pen name) invented formulas approx. 400 years ago and he completed the theory.
Unfortunately, it was lost until the Great Great Master Rhee discovered Saahm’s book in early 1950s and he studied, treat patients, and taught apprentices.
The Great Great Master Rhee taught The Great Master Kim (my father) who completed the predecessors’ great work and proved that the thesis is not just a thesis but a great unrivaled healing system.
