What is diabetes? |

Over time, having too much glucose in your blood can cause serious problems. It can damage your eyes, kidneys, and nerves. Diabetes can also cause heart disease, stroke and even the need to remove a limb. Pregnant women can also get diabetes, called gestational diabetes. Blood tests can show if you have diabetes. One type of test, the A1C, can also check on how you are managing your diabetes. Exercise, weight control and sticking to your meal plan can help control your diabetes. You should also monitor your blood glucose level and take medicine if prescribed. |
Diabetes is usually an indication of an unhealthy liver. The unhealthy liver can damage your eyes, kidneys, and nerves. The unhealthy liver can also cause heart disease, stroke and even the need to remove a limb. Higher numbers on blood tests and the A1C do not mean you need to be defined that you are diabetic. |

The blood pressure goal for most people with diabetes is below 140/90 mm Hg. Ask what your goal should be. |
Hypertension is the indication that your body is doing its self-healing job and it may not be a good idea to lower it with drugs. It is usually due to unhealthy kidneys and you need to eliminate those things that can harm your body including kidneys. Read More: Health Info by KOSA Acupuncture 07 – Hypertension Myths |
Too much bad cholesterol can cause a heart attack or stroke. HDL or “good” cholesterol helps remove the “bad” cholesterol from your blood vessels. |
Cholesterol has to be properly maintained by the liver. High cholesterol is considered that your liver is trying to repair the damage to blood vessels and tissue. People with low cholesterol have shown the same or worse rates of heart attack or stroke. |
Make a diabetes meal plan with help from your healthcare team. Following a meal plan will help you manage your blood glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol. Choose fruits and vegetables, beans, whole grains, chicken or turkey without the skin, fish, lean meats, and nonfat or low-fat milk and cheese. Drink water instead of sugar-sweetened beverages. Choose foods that are lower in calories, saturated fat, trans fat, sugar, and salt. |
Ask your healthcare team if the diabetes meal plan is to cure or manage diabetes. Diabetes can be successfully cured and if the meal plan is not to cure but to manage you don’t want to choose it. Be a vegan and avoid GMOs at all costs. Even drinking too much water can cause problems. Set a goal to be more physically active. Try to work up to 30 minutes or more of physical activity on most days of the week. Brisk walking and swimming are good ways to move more. If you are not active now, ask your healthcare team about the types and amounts of physical activity that are right for you. Following your meal plan and being more active can help you stay at or get to a healthy weight. If you are overweight or obese, work with your healthcare team to create a weight-loss plan that is right for you. |
Your liver is responsible for muscles, sinews, tendons, ligaments, vision, eyeballs, anger (stress, anxiety, bipolar, memory, and etc.), and reproductive organs. Being diabetic means your liver has failed to treat your body and it is unhealthy. Thus, exercise other than brisk walking can harm your liver even worse. KOSA always asks patients to be a couch-potato and sleep as many hours as possible to expedite healing and to lose weight. |
Take your medicines for diabetes and any other health problems, even when you feel good or have reached your blood glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol goals. These medicines help you manage your ABCs. Ask your doctor if you need to take aspirin to prevent a heart attack or stroke. Tell your health care professional if you cannot afford your medicines or if you have any side effects from your medicines. |
Once again, having high numbers on glucose and A1C does not necessarily mean that you need to be on medication. However, from the moment you start to take medicines you have become a diabetes patient and it would be almost impossible to be free of diabetes. Your doctors are not gods and they make mistakes. More importantly, they are just conveying the knowledge as instructed by the pharmaceutical companies. Aspirin can prevent almost nothing. The serious incident you may encounter can be the injuries require surgery. When you take aspirin your blood will be too thin to get surgery, which means aspirin can cost your life. Aspirin always comes with side effects whether you feel them or not. Watch: Aspirin Dr. David Newman says “You take five years of aspirin. straight and religiously. And there’s a one in a hundred chance that will save your life.” Nobody knows who will be the one who can be saved by aspirin. |
What happens if my blood glucose level becomes too high? Doctors call high blood glucose hyperglycemia. Symptoms that your blood glucose levels may be too high include
If you often have high blood glucose levels or symptoms of high blood glucose, talk with your healthcare team. You may need a change in your diabetes meal plan, physical activity plan, or medicines. |
As described above, diabetes is just a simple indication of an unhealthy liver. Therefore, when you have one or more symptoms of high blood glucose hyperglycemia you need to take your health condition very seriously and take proper remedies immediately. Otherwise, it can cost you your life in addition to all the money you have earned working very hard. Your health care team usually has the information only to manage your diabetes and they don’t have remedies and tools to cure your diabetes. |

Obesity is not the cause but a kind of overlapping symptom or another indication of an unhealthy liver. However, of course, maintaining a healthy weight is important. Unfortunately, many doctors do not have a healthy eating plan, and even though they may suggest one there is a good chance it would not help or may even harm you. When you have health issues, exercises other than brisk walking may worsen the conditions. Your healthcare provider may not have the right answers. |
ADA Doctor says, “We do not have a diabetes diet.”
Following are scripts quoted from the movie, “What The Health” between Dr. Robert Ratner, M.D., A.D.A. Chief Scientific & Medical Officer and Kip Andersen, director.

The mission of the American Diabetes Association is to identify a prevention and a cure for diabetes. But, in the meantime, to improve the lives of all people who are affected by diabetes. |
And what’s the best way to prevent this? |
For type two diabetes, it’s unclear. We can’t prevent type two diabetes in everybody. |
We were doing research, we came across a lot of studies that said that you actually could potentially cure or reverse diabetes with a purely plant-based diet. |
I don’t believe there’s sufficient evidence to demonstrate that. |
How does it compare to the ADA diet that you recommend? |
We don’t recommend a specific diet, we recommend healthy eating. |
The one that’s on the website. |
We recommend healthy eating. |
Do you have a whole list of exact day-to-day, the meal plan, the whole meal plan? |
All they are are selections of foods to consider. We do not have a diabetes diet. |
But, with that, selections that you consider, that plan compared to an all plant-based plan. |
No one’s done that study. |
We found, actually, some studies. A 74-week study found that low-fat vegan diet versus the ADA plan, in type two diabetes… |
I think we’re done here. I’m not gonna get into an argument about… |
Oh, no, I just wanted the studies of, if this is true or, if it shows that. |
Any diet works. Any diet works if people follow it. |
But, if it’s a diet that’s not the proper diet, like if anyone follows a diet that they eat McDonald’s… |
I can’t tell you what a proper diet is. I can tell you what an improper diet is. |
So, then we can talk about good diets. I’m not sure why… |
I’m not gonna get into that. |
Into diet? |
No. |
Why not? |
If that’s where you want to go with this, I’m sorry, I’m not the person that you should be talking to. |
And why is that, though? |
If that’s what you want to get into, I’m not the person you need to be talking to. |
Into diet? Who do we talk to about diet? |
You can talk to anybody you want. |
But, that’s interesting, though, why not recommend a diet… |
Because the data don’t exist to support it. |
But, if we see data that we looked up, that supports it with the NIH, in Europe, the European Association of… |
We’re done. We’re done. I’m sorry, I’m not gonna get into that argument with you. |
No, I’m just wondering, but, I… |
I’m not gonna get into the argument with you. |
Why is it in argument? It’s just to talk about in European study of diabetes and other places that have studies, why… |
There are lots of studies… |
Why is it even an argument, I guess? |
There are lots of studies in the literature. Many of which have never been replicated or frankly, are wrong. That’s why we do peer review, okay? |
The European Association of Study of Diabetes has been peer-reviewed or, the… |
I don’t know what study you’re referring to, and in the absence of being able to see that study, I’m not gonna comment. |
I could show it to you. |
I’m sorry, I don’t have the time for that. |
I just don’t understand why it’s an argument, though, or, okay. |
American Diabetes Association Supports Drugs and Unhealthy Foods
The following articles show you the American Diabetes Association may not be for you.
It’s not just the American Diabetes Association but also many other associations of conventional medicine that are getting sponsored by food companies and pharmaceutical companies in one way or another.
Thus, their claims cannot be without some sort of bias.
Doctors’ knowledge about drugs has to be entirely based on the drug company’s information, whether it is accurate or not.

Blood sugar live experiment to cure diabetes
Dr. Biswaroop provides his lecture debunks the diabetes myths and confusion on diabetes and suggests his diabetes cure.
He was kind enough to send us the talking food (Food Index), which is given below.
In his lecture, he claims that eating fruits (the sweeter, the better) would lower the glucose level. Nonetheless, if the glucose level doesn’t get lowered you might want to stop eating fruits.
Even though his approach to cure diabetes may actually work, the success rate is not known, and changing diet alone would be difficult to bring the liver to a fully healthy condition.
Also, the biggest flaw in his lecture is he does not tell his audience about the liver’s importance.

Questions to ask
There are lots of food supplementary products, meal plans, medical practitioners and etc. claiming it can help diabetes but none of them would want to be responsible for the consequences because you are the person making the final decision to take it or not. Therefore, you may want to ask the following questions to them.
- What is the goal of it? Is it for cure or management?
- What improvements can I expect and how can I measure?
- What is the success rate?
- How can you be sure it would work for me?
- What are the side effects?
- What scientific evidence does it have? If so, who sponsored the research?
- Would you give it to your spouse or children?
Your body’s ability to heal is greater than anyone has permitted you to believe.
