In previous episodes, we explained that the acupuncture system functions as an electrical system. While conventional medicine acknowledges that our body operates electrically, it often overlooks the fact that this system includes the acupuncture meridians. To briefly revisit this, our body consists of twelve organs, each with meridians and acupuncture points located just beneath the skin’s surface. In Chinese, “Qi” refers to the energy circulating throughout our body 50 times a day. As you can imagine, the wider the pathways for Qi, the easier it circulates.
The lower body is considered Yin, while the upper body is Yang, and the Qi within these regions must circulate properly. Yin and Yang describe relative relationships such as cold and hot, dark and bright, and so on. Upon waking, our upper body warms up while our lower body cools down, hindering Qi circulation. Therefore, even in summer, it is advisable to avoid wearing hats or caps unless necessary, and to wear socks to maintain warmth in the lower body. To improve Qi circulation, the lower body should be kept warmer than the upper body.
There are two methods to achieve this:
**1. Half-Bath:**
- Fill the bathtub with warm water.
- Ensure the water temperature matches your body temperature, similar to bathing a baby, to avoid thermal shock, which can create a protective shield around your body.
- Sit in the bathtub, with the water level between the solar plexus and bellybutton. Ensure the upper body, including the fingertips, remains out of the water.
- Once your body has adjusted to the water, gradually increase the temperature by turning on the hot water valve only.
- Allow the temperature to rise slowly to your highest tolerable limit, then close the hot water valve.
- Remain in the bathtub for at least 30 minutes.
- As the water cools due to heat dissipation, periodically turn on the hot water to maintain the highest tolerable temperature.
- Expect to sweat profusely.
- After completing the half-bath, drain the tub and shower with water at body temperature.
- Dry off with a towel, wear socks and thick pants, and keep your upper body lightly dressed to extend the effects of the half-bath.
**2. Foot-Bath:**
- Use a collapsible foot spa with a remote control.
- Follow the same approach as outlined for the half-bath.
These baths may enhance blood circulation, improve skin care, alleviate insomnia, recover from fatigue, address atopy and chronic indigestion, aid in weight loss, and relieve joint pain, among other benefits. However, individuals with varicose veins should be cautious with high water temperatures (subjectively high) to avoid adverse reactions. If you are new to this practice, start with a moderately high temperature.
These methods aim to help patients by facilitating lifestyle changes that promote health and well-being, ultimately supporting the body’s powerful self-healing capabilities.
Although this is an experimental detox, you may find it beneficial to try. Please follow these steps:
- Obtain a five-gallon bucket.
- Fill the bucket with vinegar, ensuring the acidity is mild enough not to irritate your skin.
- Add two or three fistfuls of salt and mix thoroughly with the vinegar.
- Soak your feet in the solution for 30 minutes or more, ensuring the liquid level is above your ankles.
Some individuals who have received the COVID-19 jabs or undergone RT-PCR testing have reported noticing abnormalities in the solution after completing this foot soak.
Remember, when you are healthy and happy, you contribute to the fall of the CABAL, avenging mankind.
