• 2nd Treatment Session – December 2, 2025
  • Subjective – Immediately after the initial session (Dec 2, 2025), the patient experienced deep, restorative sleep for the first time in years. However, starting the next day, chronic insomnia recurred.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am very happy and completely surprised by how well and fast this has worked. I have chronic pain in my back and neck, and bad knees and ankles that constantly creep and pop worse than rice crispies. As soon as he puts a needle in place you start feeling relief. 7. Chronic Knee pain and Temporal lobe epilepsy

• Patient: 40-year-old male, 251126
• Chief Complaint: Chronic knee pain (6 months)
• Associated Complaint: Temporal lobe epilepsy (20+ years)
• Current Medication: Oxcarbazepine (anticonvulsant, 20+ years)
• Medical History: Onset of temporal lobe epilepsy during college years due to sleep deprivation and excessive liver stress. Seizures were controlled with medication, but oxcarbazepine-induced hepatotoxicity, combined with intensive sports (soccer), likely contributed to subsequent chronic knee pain from liver dysfunction.
• First Visit – November 26, 2025:
  1. Presented with severe bilateral knee pain involving the entire joint.
  2. Post-treatment: Near-complete resolution of knee pain.

8. Chronic headache, Chronic cervicalgia, Chronic scapulalgia, Chronic lumbago, Brachialgia, Anterbrachialgia, and Carpal tunnel syndrome

• Initial Visit: December 2, 2025
  • Chief Complaints:
    1. Chronic headache
    2. Chronic cervicalgia (neck pain)
    3. Chronic scapulalgia (scapular pain),
    4. Chronic lumbago (low back pain) – duration 35 years of all the above
  • Associated Complaints:
    1. Brachialgia and antebrachialgia (upper arm and forearm pain) → Inability to fully close the fist.
    2. Western medical diagnosis: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) → Surgical carpal tunnel release recommended but declined by patient.
  • Past Medical History: Long-term trials of multiple treatment modalities, including other TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) acupuncture clinics, physical therapy, manual therapy, etc. → all ineffective.
  • Currently with Multiple palpable soft-tissue masses (lumps) in the cervical and scapular regions
  • Immediate Post-Treatment Outcome (December 2, 2025):
    1. Chronic headache, Chronic cervicalgia, Scapulalgia, and Lumbago: all VAS 10 → 0 (complete resolution) and Brachialgia and antebrachialgia: completely resolved → full fist closure and opening restored.
