Chief Complaint: 4th and 5th metatarsal fracture – sustained on October 23, 2025, when stepped on by a cow. Orthopaedic surgeons recommended surgical intervention; the family declined. Patient required crutches for ambulation; severe pain prevented weight-bearing without assistance.
Associated Complaints:
1. Chronic abdominal pain with immediate postprandial diarrhea (onset summer 2025) – triggered by all food intake
2. Dyslexia (lifelong, congenital) – patient did not initially list as primary complaint but mentioned during visit; resolved post-treatment
3. Mild visual impairment (not requiring corrective lenses)
