  1. The patient was accompanied by her spouse after a 2.5-hour drive and presented in a completely wheelchair-dependent state.
  2. The procedure was extremely challenging due to persistent involuntary movements of the toes and feet.
  3. Post-Treatment Outcome (After Single Session):
     • Complete resolution of all pain symptoms except tingling fingers.
     • Patient reported fatigue, interpreted as a positive therapeutic response resulting from the resolution of chronic muscle hypertonia.

  • Outcome After 1st Session:
    1. Improved visual acuity.
    2. Patient was counseled that in vitro fertilization (IVF) has a very low success rate, potential hepatotoxicity risk, and high cost; restoration of healthy liver function may facilitate natural conception.
• 2nd visit on December 28, 2025:
  1. Patient reported the ability to achieve deep sleep since the initial visit

  1. Clopidogrel (antiplatelet agent)

• Initial visit (January 6, 2026):
  1. Presented due to little finger pain causing significant sleep disturbance.
  2. Upon completion of treatment, little finger pain completely resolved, and tinnitus—unexpected by the patient—markedly decreased.
  3. After discussion regarding the possibility of discontinuing medications, the patient decided to immediately cease all medications.
• 2nd visit (January 7, 2026):
  1. The patient reported having slept comfortably without pain in the fifth digit and had discontinued all previously administered medications.
  2. The tinnitus, which had markedly improved at the time of discharge, returned to its original severity approximately 30 minutes afterward.
  3. Upon presentation, only the stiffness of the fifth digit remained.
  4. Following completion of treatment, all discomfort in the fifth digit had resolved; however, there was no improvement in the tinnitus.

  4. He attempted to discontinue CPAP therapy but continued using it due to his spouse’s objection. He further stated that he plans to discuss the matter with his spouse tonight and attempt discontinuation of CPAP use.
  5. Following treatment, all pain symptoms were resolved, and there was a notable increase in cervical extension range of motion.

• Chief Complaint: Chronic loss of plantar sensation and numbness following right great toe amputation performed on January 11, 2025.
• Past Medical History: Open-heart surgery in 2020
• Current Medications:
  1. Losartan (for hypertension, taken for 3 years)
  2. Eliquis (anticoagulation following cardioversion, taken for 6 months)
  3. Jardiance (for type 2 diabetes mellitus, taken for 2 years)
